Terms of Service

Last updated: July 17, 2026

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using Linkity. By visiting our site, creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or otherwise using the service, you agree to be bound by these terms and the policies referenced in them, including our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use Linkity.

The Service

Linkity is a link-in-bio service. Each account gets one public page at linkity.app/username where you can share links, apply themes, and optionally add an AI assistant that visitors can chat with. We may add, change, or remove features over time to keep improving the service.

Your Account

You sign in without a password, using a one-time code sent to your email address or by signing in with Google. We do not store passwords. A valid email address is required, and you are responsible for keeping access to it secure. You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account, and you must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use Linkity.

Acceptable Use

You are responsible for the content on your page and how you use the service. You agree not to use Linkity to:

  • Publish or link to unlawful, infringing, or fraudulent content.
  • Deceive visitors, impersonate others, or misrepresent your identity or affiliations.
  • Distribute spam, malware, phishing pages, or other harmful material.
  • Publish content that is abusive, harassing, or that sexualizes minors.
  • Attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service.

We may remove content or suspend pages that violate these terms.

Subscriptions and Billing

Linkity offers paid subscription plans in addition to the free plan. Current pricing is shown in the app before you subscribe. Payments are processed by Polar, which acts as the merchant of record for your purchase. Linkity does not collect or store your card details. Your subscription renews automatically each billing period until you cancel, and prices may change with notice for future periods.

Cancellation and Refunds

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. When you cancel, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period, after which it will not renew. Payments are generally non-refundable except where required by law or handled at Polar's discretion as merchant of record.

Your Content

You keep ownership of the content you add to your page, including your links, text, images, and any files you upload. By adding content, you grant Linkity a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, reproduce, and display that content for the purpose of operating and providing the service, such as showing your public page to visitors. This license ends when you remove the content or delete your account, except for copies retained as required by law or in routine backups.

Privacy

Your personal information, and the data collected from your page's visitors, are handled as described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Third-Party Links and Services

Linkity pages exist to link out to other websites and services. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party site, including sites linked from a Linkity page. Visiting a third-party link or transacting with a third party is at your own risk, and any concerns should be directed to that third party.

Termination

You may stop using Linkity and delete your account at any time from your settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the service. Upon termination, your public page will no longer be available.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Linkity is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any content, links, or AI assistant responses will be accurate or reliable.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Linkity and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Linkity and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of the content on your page, your use of the service, or your violation of these terms or of any law or third-party right.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the fullest extent permitted and severed if necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These terms, together with the policies referenced in them, make up the entire agreement between you and Linkity regarding the service and supersede any prior agreements or communications. Our failure to enforce any provision of these terms is not a waiver of it.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of Linkity after changes take effect means you accept the revised terms.
